PERSONAL PROJECTS
Live in the Moment
This project explores the idea of living in the moment, capturing a day in my life and my best friend’s life side by side—showing how time moves forward even when we’re apart. A year later, we reunite and take a spontaneous trip, embracing the unpredictability and beauty of life.
Created as part of my Television Production project at FAU, this film highlights the passage of time, the power of friendship, and the importance of cherishing every moment.
Spatial Abandonment
This project focuses on using the surroundings as the subject, practicing shot composition, framing, and cinematography without relying on people. Filmed at Flamingo Gardens, this video captures the beauty of nature, architecture, and light to enhance storytelling through visuals alone.
Created as part of my Television Production class Spring 2023, this exercise helped refine my ability to use the environment creatively to convey mood and perspective.
Self Portrait
This personal project is a self-portrait film that captures the reality of my daily life—waking up, going to school, and working—while silently navigating the weight of depression. Through visual storytelling, I aimed to express the emotions that often go unseen, highlighting the contrast between routine and internal struggle.
Created for my FAU multimedia studies project, this piece is an exploration of self-expression, cinematography, and the power of film to communicate personal experiences.
